Hello! I’m Chris, a Level 3 Personal Trainer with over 18 years of experience in top-level rugby and a decade of service in the military. My journey in fitness has been shaped by my passion for sport and my commitment to helping others achieve their goals.
I’ve competed in semi-professional rugby, marathons, Ironman events, CrossFit competitions, and was a British finalist in bodybuilding. These experiences have equipped me with the knowledge and insights to guide you on your fitness journey.
